Really easy on/off, it's tucked in behind other hotels. It's got plenty of outdoor and wooded areas to take the pup for a walk. A really small and hot pool is an interesting mix of hot tub and pool. Nice and clean through and through.

Very comfortable bed, shower had high water pressure. Only possible issue was we had requested near the elevator but were at the end of the hall. I say possible because it was a last minute request. Breakfast was nice.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was clean, comfortable, up to date, and all needs were met. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are so soft, it was hard to get out of bed. Breakfast was good...waffles are always a plus. Jackie at the front desk was a fun added delight. We enjoyed talking with her and she made sure we had a room facing the wooded side of the building, which was important to us as this was a nature trip. Highly recommend this hotel, it's exactly what I've come to expect from Marriott. ... still waiting on that cake recipe, Jackie! 😉

The absolute worst customer service of any Mariott product I have ever visited. After driving four hours I wait at an empty front desk 15 minutes while various employees walk in and out of the back room without acknowledging me. I had to call the hotel to get someone to finally come to the front desk (wearing a t-shirt, sweats and no shoes). The hotel was empty but was told i couldnt check in till 3pm. Came back at 3:30pm and my room still wasnt ready and was asked if i wanted a room on the second floor, to which I agreed. I never had to provide an ID or swipe my cc. All the lights and television in the lobby were shut off and after checking in never saw another person at the desk till the next day. Cleanliness was below average and had I needed to stay over one night I would have found a different hotel.

We stayed end of July. Right off the highway, the high volume of noise is not good. Nicely decorated King room. Large, powerful shower. Soft towels. Guest service on check-in was hectic but polite. She wasn't able to apply my Bonvoy # after several attempts. I told her I would confirm it when I got to my room. I did, and I called her with the same number, which magically worked. The mattress was comfortable.

We mainly stay at Marriott hotels, and select the types with breakfast included as we have children and that makes life convenient. We also try to select options that have an indoor pool for the kids. This was an abysmal location for our needs. The pool was freezing and our kids couldn’t enjoy swimming. The breakfast was paltry and looked like it had been picked over and no one decided to restock anything. There was no fresh fruit, the breads and cereals were all empty. Eventually a few items were restocked right before the breakfast area closed, but this was a meager amount. I guess if you want breakfast get there early. We got there an hour before breakfast closed and that didn’t seem to help. The one positive was the room was relatively fine.
